Individual Sessions

Here we work with clients on a ‘one on one‘ basis.

It is important for us to know the person that we work with. For this reason, a lot of time is spent understanding our client’s specific problems and needs. We like to say, ‘What’s in the Mind is in the Body and what’s in the Body is in the Mind’. Therefore, a clear understanding of both is of great importance.

Our client’s unique compensation patterns will be evaluated and discussed and we will explain the typical injury risk associated with their pattern.

Activations will be performed on ourclients for Zone 1, 2 and 3.

Clients will be instructed on specific home advice and activation programs. The aim is always to empower clients by assisting them to understand how their body is compensating and how to maintain an optimal 123 movement pattern.

Clients are generally seen for 3-5 sessions of 60min each, so as to work through the basic activation program.

Follow up sessions are arranged according to the needs of our clients and varies according to their specific needs. Our aim is always to resolve problems and provide long term solutions.

For elite sportsmen, follow up sessions may be arranged on a more regular basis. Here the aim is to constantly help to maintain an optimal 123 firing pattern in order to improve performance and limit injuries.

And for those that see the value…there is always more. Next, we add activations to restore Visual Field discrepancies, training with the ‘Butt Bungee’, level 2 activations, Mind vs Body training, etc.

For our elite sportsmen we suggest activation sessions on the field. We would work with sportsmen and their coaches in their sporting environment. We would address specific restrictions or problems they are experiencing. We constantly measure our effectiveness against their specific sporting ability.

Group Sessions

Group work is normally done through workshops. These workshops are presented to groups of athletes, teams, professional groups, or business groups in the form of wellness days.

In a workshop we provide the necessary background knowledge and demonstrations to allow for the group to understand the concept.

We then guide the group through a series of specific self-activations. Here the clients learn to activate themselves. We use before and after tests to allow for clients to feel the difference of each activation in their specific sport or work environment.

We conclude each workshop by leaving the group/team and coach with enough training to allow them to implement an activation routine in their daily activities.

Through workshops we can attend to larger groups of people in a short period of time. We teach the basic principles and activations, but for those that see the value there are always more advanced workshops and individual sessionswhich can be added on.

Workshops can range from 2 hours to a few days, depending on the needs of the clients.
